FAQ

  • How do I make peace with God?
God loves you and wants you to experience peace and life—abundant and eternal. Because of our nature, we are separated from God; we disobey God and go our own way. Jesus Christ is the only answer to this problem. He died on the Cross for our sins and rose from the grave. In this way, Jesus bridges the gap between God and people. We must trust Jesus Christ and receive Him into our hearts by our personal invitation. How to Receive Jesus Christ. 1. Admit your need for forgiveness and peace. 2. Be willing to turn from your sins, believing that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross and rose from the grave. 3. Through prayer, invite Jesus Christ to forgive your sins and be your Savior. As quickly as you can, please find a Bible teaching church, get involved in a Bible study, meet people who will provide encouragement and accountability. No Such Thing as Universal Love

Many believe that because “God is Love” he will ultimately save all people. This is not so. It cannot be so. It would contradict the very nature of God, which also includes holiness and justice. Therefore, love cannot overpower holiness and save those who reject Christ and die in their sins.

This is a hard truth for many. But, better to consider it now while alive and able to choose than after death when it’s too late.

God’s love is universal in that it can be known to all. It has nothing to do with affection and everything to do with perfection. That is: God is and man is not.

He loves sinful people because he is gracious. His mercy is universal in that it is available to all. This is the unmerited favor of God shown to man primarily through the work of Jesus Christ. All of these concepts are related and stem from the love of God who is love.
